It has well-kept and extremely spacious rooms and magnificent location right by Como Lago train station, shops/restaurants and centre of old Como. Kitchenette is a plus:)))

Mountain views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like being on top of the world, with the stunning scenery stretching out before me. The serenity and tranquility of the surroundings were simply unmatched.

Air conditioner - Mobile and noisy.

If you're looking to explore the beautiful surroundings, cycling around the lake is a must-do! The stunning views and pleasant breeze make it a fantastic experience for the whole family. We enjoyed riding along the charming streets of Como, stopping by the lakeside cafes for some gelato, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery. It was a memorable adventure that brought us closer as a family.

My kids wished there was a playground within the hotel premises.

Spacious apartment with fantastic lake and town views. Lift access to the 5th floor, perfect for adults and children. Well-equipped kitchen with a kettle provided. Great location near the lake, cafes, and restaurants. Convenient proximity to the Funicular and old town for exploring.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here as it's conveniently situated in a shopping area close to the train station.

The location of the property is central and in the city center, offering a nice and modern atmosphere. The view from the apartment is beautiful, providing a lovely sight of the surrounding area. Additionally, the apartment is spacious, clean, and comes with necessary amenities such as a mocha machine and iron with an ironing table.

The parking situation was inconvenient, as it was located far from the entrance and more expensive than initially quoted.

The owner was accommodating and helpful when I left my iPad behind. The apartment was incredibly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for its unbeatable view, cleanliness, and great location!
